The following aspects should be paid attention to during the entire installation and sampling process:

1. Gases are very sensitive to temperature hazards, and temperature control needs to be maintained to meet calibration and adoption requirements. The temperature measuring element on the hydrometer should be a calibrated Pt-100 element and should be immediately placed in the density meter measuring chamber.

2. In order to reduce the backflush time to a very small amount, the friction resistance drop of all pipeline operating systems should be small, so that the air pressure passing through the instrument is as close as possible to the working pressure of the sampling point.

3. If there are residues in the sample gas, causing environmental pollution, a high-efficiency filtration device should be installed; and care should be taken to avoid changes in the composition of the sample gas caused by the temperature drop caused by the sample gas pressure.

4. The sample gas flow rate should be strictly controlled.

5. It should comply with the installation and actual operating regulations in hazardous areas (combustible gas).

6. The sampling head should use online instruments and equipment, and its installation should comply with the requirements of ISO17051.

7. Special attention should be paid to preventing noise and pipeline vibration from causing damage to the vibrator.
