1. Appearance

BOHAI arch roof panel roll forming machine varies in four types, namely single axle type, double axles type, triple axles type and floor type. The arch plate forming machine that is about 8900mm long is very convenient and flexible. Yet the 11690mm long machine possesses larger working place. We mainly offer horizontal and vertical machines. Mechanical control and hydraulic control are optional.

Additionally, all the k span roll forming machines made by MIC are equipped with triple axles and controlled by hydraulic system. The length reaches 10400mm.

2. Structure

Our curved roof roll forming machine adopts the shaft made of 45# high-quality steel and galvanized, the 45# high-quality steel roller quenched with hard chrome plating and the 12CrMoV cutter processed with heat treatment. The automobile rear bridge is utilized as axle equipped with 900-20 sized tires. Therefore, this machine enlarges its loading capacity and improves its impact resistance and damping effect.

The big k span machine made by MIC is fully made of steel and burnished aluminum, and its precise steel forming rollers are plated with hard chrome.
